Working on a pro-forma system, any deliveries will be arranged once your payment has been received. Authorised orders placed by 2:00pm will be dispatched same-day.


Delivery times vary depending on each product, and can be seen on your checkout page prior to finalising your order.


All associated costs for returns are at the customer’s expense. Please keep any relevant receipts. This will then be reimbursed if products are found to be faulty and returned within the time specified.

We advise our customers to check their deliveries for signs of damage, prior to signing for them. If there is any evidence of damage, please do not sign for them and contact us at as soon as possible. We can then dispatch a new order to you right away.

If you happen to find that any goods are faulty post signing receipts, please email us at '' or telephone us on '+ 44 (0) 7 950 892 748' within 14 days of receiving your order. Please quote your Order # and any relevant info, including the reason for returning.


After this, please return the goods in their original packaging so that they may be inspected by our returns team. Once the goods have been confirmed to be faulty, we will contact you to offer a full refund or store credit if preferred. Damage to any glass or plastic products must be reported to prior to usage of the item.

Alternatively, if you wish to return goods that aren't faulty or damaged in anyway - you are able to do so within 7 days of receipt. Please let us know via email or telephone, again quoting your Order # and any relevant info, including your reason for return. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and in an un-used / sealed condition.

We advise our customers to use a signed-for or tracked posting system, so that they can be sure their goods have been returned safely.
